15th Ward Democrats
An open ward organizations whose members endorse Democratic candidates and get out the vote. Meets 4th Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM Friendly’s Bar
Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association
Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at the Tower Grove Abbey located at 2336 Tennessee, at 7p.m.
Tower Grove South Neighborhood Association
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month starting at 6:30 PM at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, 4111 Connecticut.
Tower Grove Heights Neighborhood Association
Every fourth Tuesday of the month is the neighborhood meeting at the Center for Divine Love located at Grand and Wyoming. Meetings start at 7:15 p.m. and last around an hour.
Tower Grove South/ Tower Grove Heights Block Captains
Block Captains meet the second Monday of every month at 6:30 PM at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church at 4111 Connecticut.
Tower Grove South Concerned Citizens Special Business District
A voter-approved, property-tax funded organization that provides off-duty police protection within district borders: S. Grand to the east, McDonald Ave. to the north, Roger St. to the west, and Gravois to the south. Contact Deborah Cohen for more information.
South Grand Community Improvement District
The South Grand Community Improvement District (CID) was organized under Missouri legislation in 2001 provide enhanced public safety, maintenance, building improvements and economic development beyond those services already supplied by the city. The district boundaries are on both sides of South Grand Boulevard extending from Utah Place North to Arsenal Street. The CID operates as a political subdivision of the state of Missouri by a board of directors comprised from unpaid volunteers—all of whom are assessment-paying property owners and/or business owners within the district. SGCID board meetings are held on the Third Thursday of the month at 11AM at Commerce Bank at 3134 S. Grand Blvd. in their Conference Room.
Tower Grove Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation
A 2014 merger of the former Tower Grove South, Shaw and SW Garden groups. Property development, tenant screening, landlord training, energy conservation, beautification and leadership development are top issues.

Tower Grove South Second District Police Liaison
Officer Ed Slade provides a direct line of communication between citizens, local organizations, and the SLMPD. He is always on duty to answer residents concerns about crime, derelict cars, or general safety concerns.
Citizens’ Service Bureau
Registers and routes city service requests on alleys, animals, disabilities, lighting, parks, property, recycling, trash, traffic, water, weeds and much more. This is the first line of defense for all constituent service requests.
Interim Neighborhood Improvement Specialists
Michelle Boston-David is responsible for surveying the ward for quality of life issues and entering Service Request. She is the NIS for the 8th ward and has over 30 years of experience. Michelle can be reached at 314-657-1358 or BostonM@stlouis-mo.gov.
Mark Washington-McLean will be responsible for identifying behavioral nuisance properties and maintaining the Problem Properties database. He will work in collaboration with the problem properties police officers and city counselor(s). Additionally, Mark will attend neighborhood and ward meetings.
